Simple and young sparkling wine produced in Le Bertole’s vineyards located in Valdobbiadene.

It is very lively with a fine and persistent perlage, a thin body structure and a lightly fruity fragrance.

Pairings

Particularly indicated as an aperitif, great between meals and by the glass.

Storage

To preserve its young characteristics in the year following its refermentation and bottling it should be kept between 12° and 16°C.

Service Temperature

The suggested service temperature is 8°-10°C.
