Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin

Sparkling wine with a strong personality produced with Glera and Verdiso grapes (only 10%) of the vineyards recently bought by the family in Le Mire, an area of Refrontolo. It is pale straw-yellow, rich in citrus and green vegetable flavours and with a delicate aroma of ripe fruits.

It is dry-tasting, good-bodied, very balanced with a light bitterish aftertaste at the end.

Pairing

It's a perfect match with appetizers, first courses, fish dishes but it has the privilege to be suitable for the entire meal.

Storage

At 12°-16°C it preserves its unique and lively characteristics. It should be drunk withnin its second year of age.
